Diamond Medical Recruiting selected this team to provide urgent care services, including minor procedures, and primary care, such as chronic care management.
The NYC HERRC project
The NYC Humanitarian Emergency Response and Relief Centers (HERRC) were established to support asylum seekers arriving in New York City. These centers provide essential services such as shelter, food, medical care, and casework services to help individuals
and families determine their next steps, whether staying in New York or relocating. The initiative is part of the city’s response to the humanitarian crisis, with Mayor Eric Adams highlighting the need for a new approach to support the influx of asylum seekers from Texas and other border states. Our contribution: Diamond Medical Recruiting successfully hired over 100 providers in less than three weeks to provide all necessary physical exams to the new arrivals.
Test to Treat Project
In March 2022, the Biden-Harris Administration launched the nationwide Test to Treat initiative to provide quick and affordable access to lifesaving COVID-19 treatments. Available at thousands of locations, including pharmacy-based clinics, federally-funded healthcare centers, long-term care facilities, and community-based sites, the program was expanded in May 2022 to include federally-supported sites targeting vulnerable communities. The initiative partners with major pharmacy chains to enhance accessibility. Our contribution: successfully Hired more than 75 providers within two weeks to some of the most challenging locations in the US.
